A Brief History Horizon Adventures was established in 2005, based in the North West of England it provides an expert fully mobile outdoor service which can be delivered to any part of the UK and Europe. Since 2005 it has been recognised as an outdoor organisation that provides quality in its provision with outstanding value for money.
Safety is our main priority followed very closely by quality of provision. The team at Horizon Adventures has been chosen with two vital criteria in mind, they do what they love, and they get a buzz from delivering what they love to others.
The Team
Alan is a graduate in Information Technology with Environmental Studies, he is a fully qualified teacher and holds a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management. Alan is qualified in mountaineering, climbing, kayaking and open canoeing. He has climbed, walked and paddled extensively throughout Europe and the U.K. As well as delivering adventure programs to a wide ranging of client groups Alan is also highly experienced in training and supervising groups and group leaders on the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.			Keiron is a fully qualified teacher with many years of management experience within the school environment. He is also a graduate in Design and Technology. Keiron excelles in the field of dog training. His love of training Springer Spaniels brought him into the outdoors. Keiron is fully qualified in several areas of the outdoors but has chosen to specialise in the field of open canoeing and management development.
